 2 tbsp lemon juice

 1/2 tsp sea salt or Himalayan

 Optional: nutritional yeast or Parmesan

Instructions

1. Spiralize zucchini and pat dry.

2. Blend basil, garlic, nuts, lemon, salt.

3. Stream in olive oil until silky.

4. Toss noodles with pesto.
