Energy Work Session

Thoughts and feelings are part of every event in your life. The energy of those thoughts and feelings gets stored as patterns in your body. Positive experiences bring you happiness when those energy patterns get brought up. Negative experiences bring you stress, anxiety or other unpleasant feelings when they get brought up. Energy work sessions involve connecting to the energy of these memories and shifting it to change the old pattern. The session is done lying on a massage table making it easier for you to relax and release old patterns.
