These sessions are perfect to:

- Improve your joint pain by aligning muscle imbalances
- Improve leaky bladder, digestion problems and other symptoms
- Create an at home workout routine with body weight exercises, bands or both

Mindset, Goals & Planning

This session is perfect for covering mindset, goals, workout tracking and other details to help keep you organized and on track.
You will receive a binder of information and worksheets.
We will cover:
1. Creating & maintaining your mindset
2. Creating your workout program
3. Creating your workout schedule
4. Tips & Tricks for workout success
Single Session
Get Started Basics
120 minutes
$120
This session is perfect for covering how to engage core muscles and proper form for 1 type of exercise plus setting your fitness goals, creating a successful mindset and habits and keeping it organized.
60 minutes of this session will be dedicated to how to engage core muscles, proper form and learning exercises of your choice.

In addition to your chosen exercises, you will receive a binder of information covering mindset, goals, workout tracking and other details to help keep you organized and on track. 30 minutes of your session will be reviewing this binder, filling in your specific details and goals.
3 Session Basics Package
(3 sessions within 1 month)
$220
This package is perfect if you want to get a good foundation of the basics.
The first session will be 90 minutes. You will receive a binder of information covering mindset, goals, workout tracking and other details to help keep you organized and on track. 30 minutes of the first session will be dedicated to filling the binder in with your specific details and goals. The rest of the first session, 60 minutes, will be dedicated to how to engage core muscles, proper form and the exercises of your choice: body weight, exercise machines, free weights or bands.
Sessions 2 and 3 will each be 60 minutes. They will cover how to engage core muscles for proper form with your chosen exercise for the session: body weight, exercise machines, free weights or bands. Questions will be answered, and binders updated during each session.
8 Session
Create The Habit Package
(2 times per week for 4 weeks)
$520
This package is perfect to give you guidance, support and accountability to create a new workout habit.
The first session will be 90 minutes. You will receive a binder of information covering mindset, goals, workout tracking and other details to help keep you organized and on track. 30 minutes of the first session will be dedicated to filling the binder in with your specific details and goals. That will include what type of exercises you do an do not want to learn. The rest of the first session, 60 minutes, will be dedicated to how to engage core muscles, proper form and the exercises of your choice: body weight, exercise machines, free weights or bands.
Sessions 2-8 will each be 60 minutes. They will cover engaging core muscles with proper form for your chosen exercises for the session: body weight, exercise machines, free weights or bands. Questions will be answered, and binders updated during each session.
This package offers a more relaxed learning pace, plenty of time for reminders on proper form with each exercise and becoming comfortable with new exercises and equipment.
YMCA Day Use Fee
Sessions are in person at the Willow Springs YMCA.
If you are a YMCA member there is no additional gym fee.
If you are not a YMCA member, there is a $12 day use fee for each personal training session if you are 64 or younger and there is a $4 day use fee for each personal training session if you are 65 or older.
